UL - ULC - CSAA monitoring stations utilize professionally trained bilingual staff that provides fast response to alarm signals.

Fully computerized state of the art software systems featuring MASTERMIND and MASWEB services Provide complete information on any account at the touch of a keystroke.

  Emergency Recovery Systems  

COUNTERFORCE's North American monitoring stations Provide continuous service even in cases of natural emergencies. This includes back-up power, computer, telephone and voice recorder back-up systems that meet or exceed UL & ULC requirements.

This ensures full operation of the station through both long and short term power outages.
