Remo, please feel free to share the following with any potential customers. On  Tuesday I was watching the Olympics when I heard my house alarm.  Before I had time to determine the cause, I received a call from the A1 Security Center to tell me our sump pump sensor was causing the alarm.  I immediately went to the basement and found the sump full of water since the electric pump had seized. Fortunately, we have a water driven back- up which prevented the water from cresting.  Needless to say this small sensor recommended and installed by A1 Security together with the prompt response by the center probably saved us from a flooded basement and gave me time to get a new pump and to get the system operating again. There are a few  " Lessons Learnt " from this incident so in addition to your annual system checks I will be doing some other items to ensure the pumps are operational especially during the spring thaw. During construction, A1 installed the security system Remo designed. A1's crew was organized, neat and clean. Every year our system is checked and the same technician comes to our home, he wears booties during the inspection and he knows our dog . Its like a visit from a friend. We are completely satisfied with the product and service.

I have been with A1 Security for over 25 years. I have sold my house and am moving into an apartment where I will not need a security system. Remo came to visit for the initial consultation after I had dealt with previous companies, his approach was different and much more realistic and practical.
