Monitoring Station Operation
Our Monitoring Stations are fully operational to monitor and dispatch as we have always done in the past for Intrusion Alarms, Fire, Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide, Hi Water and Flood, Sump Pump Overflow, Low Temperature, Freeze Alarms, Supervisory Signals, Critical Poultry, Hog and Farms along with AC Failure.
For our Interactive Smart Home and Business clients
Your interactive alarm features by Alarm.com are fully operational. You will still be able to have full control and the convenience of interacting and managing your security system’s as you always have done before. These features include Arming and Disarming of your Home and Business, Viewing Openings and Closings by users, Lighting Control, Smart Door Lock Control, Video Door Bells and Surveillance Cameras.
A 1 services are classified as an Essential Service but in keeping with our social distancing efforts we will only provide services direct to the client on an emergency pre qualified bases only.
When it is deemed necessary to:
Work on-site (for example, a client’s home or business), staff who are on-site to accomplish specific tasks are spending only the minimum time required at these locations. A1 has also sourced gloves and masks for the protection of on-site technicians as required. We ask that when a technician is on site to practice physical distancing as per Health Canada recommendations.
We also use the following Disinfection Protocols: Including the Following but not limited to:
Frequent Hand Washing Using Soap
Use of Hand Sanitizer
Use of 95 N Masks
Use of Gloves and Coveralls
Pick Ups:
Any Item required for pick up will be left in a secured area outside our main office door with a Ticket number assigned which you will be provided with prior to Pick Up. We will also do our best to deliver any items requiring drop off for those who are medically fragile or elderly.
